This is my first attempt at trying to make banana ice cream. It turned out awesome, but the texture was still on the smoothie-bowl side.
Blend together:
1 frozen banana
1/3 avocado
1 tbsp PB2 (or regular nut butter)
2 ice cubes
Unsweetened almond milk to help the blending along
Topped with cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds!
