Ingredients:
Bottom:
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 scoop vanilla Vegan Proteins+
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
Top:
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup water
1/3 scoop strawberry Vegan Proteins+
1/4 avocado (I ate the remaining 1/4 by itself ;D)
The middle is chocolate chia seeds. Everything is topped with unsweetened coconut, frozen blackberries, goji berries, and a square of 85% dark chocolate.
That is beautiful! I wish I was that ambitious to go for layered smoothies.
Haha the trick (for me anyways), is the layer of chia seeds in the middle to provide some sort of barrier
